Yoga styles I teach


Vinyasa or Flow Yoga as it's often called is a dynamic style of yoga that links movement with breath. Vinyasa flow is usually practiced in a quite fast - paced way that might be difficult to follow if you are just beginning your yoga journey. 


Although Hatha yoga literally means physical practice of yoga it is often considered a separate style of yoga. Hatha yoga is an alignment based yoga practice.  It is usually slower paced and postures are held for five breaths. It can be gentle or quite vigorous so is perfect for a beginner or someone who already has a yoga practice.
